In this pivotal role, you will act as a Dealer Performance Coach, responsible for the initiation, training, and ongoing support of Mobile Service Programs. Your mission is to coach dealership teams, enhance technician skills, and implement performance improvements that elevate customer satisfaction and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for Mobile Service operations within assigned dealerships.
- Provide comprehensive training to dealership technicians on Mobile Service vehicle functionality and operational methodologies.
- Lead strategic planning meetings to create tailored business plans for each dealership.
- Oversee the prompt readiness and launch of Mobile Service vans upon delivery, ensuring all operational standards are met.
- Conduct impactful launch events and align dealership personnel with business objectives and technician training.
- Design and execute customized onsite sustainment visits aimed at business development and performance enhancement.
- Develop actionable plans to surpass program targets, focusing on service process optimization.
- Disseminate best practices and success stories throughout the dealer network.
- Monitor dealership Mobile Service staff, coaching them to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Document visit outcomes and produce actionable summaries for stakeholders to inform ongoing strategy.
