CompuNet, Inc is on the lookout for a Microsoft Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team focused on serving the Big Sky market. The ideal candidate can be located anywhere within our expansive market area which encompasses Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Eastern Idaho, and Alaska.
The Microsoft Senior Solutions Engineer will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying impactful business solutions utilizing the latest Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, and other related products and services.
We seek someone with a blend of advanced Microsoft technology knowledge, IT operations expertise, and strategic business insight. This role demands both broad and deep technological understanding along with the ability to architect solutions that align client business needs with effective operational outcomes and business value. As part of the CompuNet team, it is crucial that you possess experience delivering consulting engagements, managing client expectations, and a thorough comprehension of the core components of Microsoft cloud services, as well as how to best integrate on-premise solutions for our clients' business needs.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and organizational agility, guiding clients through projects involving multiple workstreams and resources. Prior experience with traditional Microsoft on-premise solutions, hybrid solutions, cloud solutions, and managing significant upgrades and complex migrations is essential.
