Join the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) as a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Associate within the Vector Borne Diseases Technical Support Unit (VBD TSU). We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual with a strong background in monitoring and evaluation practices to support the National Control Program for Vector Borne Diseases (NCVBDC). In this role, you will contribute to enhancing program quality and management through data-driven insights, strengthen data recording and reporting mechanisms, and support governance and capacity-building initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include developing tailored reports and dashboards for stakeholders, collaborating with partner institutions to innovate data insights, and conducting systematic assessments of existing surveillance frameworks. You will play a key role in building tools for data quality assurance and decision support, while also developing technical briefs to communicate findings effectively across government organizations.
As an M&E Associate, you will support capacity-building efforts, conduct field visits to identify challenges, and foster relationships with diverse stakeholders to align priorities and enhance program effectiveness.
