As part of the FUTU Group, a leading financial provider in Hong Kong, we provide the 'FUTUBULL' trading app, which is utilized by approximately 40% of Hong Kong adults. Our platform, 'moomoo', was developed as the international version of this app.
We grant access to a variety of financial and investment information that was previously available only to professional investors.
Through our app, we deliver financial information and trading services to over 25 million users across seven countries, positioning ourselves as a revolutionary force in the investment landscape.
About the moomoo App
The 'moomoo' app, designed for individual investors, offers professional-grade analytical tools, real-time market data, financial reports, and advanced charting capabilities, all in an easy-to-use interface. The app also includes community features allowing users to exchange information.
In October 2023, we launched a customized version of the moomoo app tailored for the Japanese market, introducing 24/7 trading services for U.S. stocks. By April 2025, we aim to support around 7,000 U.S. stocks, with over 6,000 available for round-the-clock trading.
According to a survey by the Japan Marketing Research Organization for the fiscal year ending December 2024, moomoo ranked first in four categories among the top five online brokerages in Japan:

- Low trading fees for U.S. stocks
- Number of patented AI features
moomoo is recognized as a next-generation investment platform with exceptional ratings.
Since the launch of our 24/7 U.S. trading services in 2023, the number of moomoo users in Japan has surged. In 2024, we will begin serious entry into the Japanese stock market and other asset classes, and by 2026, we will expand our established foundation and further solidify our market position.
We are currently in urgent need of enhancing our organizational structure and expanding our team to create the most attractive and innovative online brokerage platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound communication via chat, email, and phone with high-potential domestic clients (individuals, corporations, and institutional investors) to accurately identify investment needs and drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Provide insights and information based on market trends and global financial conditions, contributing to the establishment of long-term relationships with clients and high-value proposal activities.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives in a growth phase, supporting business expansion and enhancing customer experience through ongoing follow-ups.
- Deliver high-quality customer service based on a deep understanding of our services and financial products, establishing trust as a professional.
Qualifications
Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in client management or telephone sales.
- Experience in the financial industry or personal investment.
- First-class securities external officer qualification.
Preferred:
- Experience in the financial sector or outbound operations in a call center.
- Business-level proficiency in Chinese or English.
