Role Overview:
As a Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member, you will prepare food and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to brand standards, recipes, and operational systems.
- Maintain food safety standards.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages.
- Assemble and package customer orders.
- Familiarize yourself with the menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, to effectively assist guests.
- Ensure a clean and well-organized workstation.
- Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas to maintain hygiene.
- Restock items such as cups and lids as needed.
- Process orders at the Drive-Thru or Front Counter and handle payments.
- Deliver accurate orders swiftly to meet service standards.
- Engage with guests and provide outstanding service.
- Foster a guest-focused culture within the restaurant.
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members.
- Organize and maintain the stock room and refrigerated areas.
