Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and meticulously review all closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with mortgage regulations.
- Foster and maintain productive relationships with partner organizations.
- Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring their understanding and comfort with all documentation.
- Conduct refinance mortgage closings, explaining the purpose of documents and collecting necessary signatures.
- Oversee monetary transactions and ensure thorough file closure.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to company initiatives, enhancing team collaboration.
