Summary/Objective
The Mortgage Closing Manager leads a high-performing closing team responsible for preparing loan documents for closing, ordering wires, balancing Housing and Urban Development loans (HUD’s), preparing loans for post-closing, and auditing files to ensure all documents are correctly signed. This role involves monitoring daily closing reports and implementing process improvements to enhance turnaround times.
Essential Functions
