Position Overview:
As a Motor Vehicle Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving operational targets, and adhering to company policies. You will perform all Customer Service Representative duties while assisting the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will lead the team to ensure smooth operations.
