As the MSP Account Director at Nexthink, you will play a pivotal role in executing our growth strategy with leading Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). We are seeking a candidate with extensive expertise in global MSP and GSI industry trends and customer operations. In this strategic role, you will cultivate and sustain high-level relationships with organizations such as Kyndryl, Unisys, Capgemini, and DXC to drive revenue for Nexthink solutions. By fostering these partnerships and overseeing daily interactions, you will be tasked with generating opportunities for growth across Europe. The ideal candidate must possess a robust understanding of global MSP and GSI companies, with a proven history of relationship development and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategies to integrate the Nexthink platform as a leading solution within workplace practices.
- Drive revenue growth for Nexthink through targeted partner engagement.
- Navigate organizational hierarchies to cultivate strategic and tactical partnerships.
- Assess the business, solutions, and technical requirements of global MSPs and GSIs.
- Design and execute plans to meet revenue and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, regional sales, marketing, and corporate resources to execute your strategies effectively.
- Develop and communicate compelling value propositions for Nexthink solutions.
- Utilize technical resources to support partner initiatives.
- Lead business development and co-selling initiatives alongside field sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Present business reviews to senior management, addressing progress and challenges in partner development.
- Represent Nexthink at industry conferences, quarterly business reviews, and other events to enhance brand visibility and presence.
- Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activities within the MSP/GSI landscape.
- Produce and distribute educational materials to empower field sales teams.
