As an MSP Account Manager at Nexthink, you will play a pivotal role in executing our growth strategy by collaborating with leading Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs). The successful candidate will possess a profound understanding of global MSP and GSI industry trends, as well as customer operations. Your primary responsibility will be to build and sustain relationships with C-level executives, sales teams, and product leaders within major organizations such as Kyndryl, Unisys, Capgemini, and DXC to drive revenue for Nexthink solutions. By fostering and expanding these partnerships, you will create opportunities that contribute to growth across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to position the Nexthink platform as a leading solution within workplace practices.
- Drive revenue growth through effective collaboration with selected partners.
- Navigate organizational hierarchies to establish both strategic and tactical relationships.
- Comprehend the business landscape, solution offerings, and technical requirements of global MSPs/GSIs.
- Create and execute a plan aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including account teams, regional sales teams, marketing teams, and corporate resources to execute the plan.
- Articulate compelling value propositions for Nexthink solutions.
- Utilize technical resources to support partner initiatives.
- Lead business development and co-selling initiatives in conjunction with field sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Conduct business reviews for senior management to discuss progress and potential challenges in partner development.
- Represent Nexthink at industry conferences, quarterly business reviews, and other events to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the MSP/GSI landscape.
- Create and distribute relevant materials to educate and enable field sales teams.
