Key responsibilities for the MuleSoft Architect role include:
- Working closely with team members and clients to formulate technical solutions tailored to specific client needs.
- Collaborating with clients on cross-functional, team-oriented projects to deliver scalable MuleSoft solutions throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) leveraging Agile methodologies.
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor, managing architectural scope while aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
- Engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, establishing clear expectations and aiding in decision-making.
- Producing high-quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to the relevant audiences.
- Utilizing CapTech’s internal programs and self-directed training to continuously enhance industry-relevant skills and knowledge.
- Facilitating effective communication among team members with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Exhibiting technical thought leadership by contributing to architectural standards, best practices, and reusable components.
- Mentoring architects and developers through architecture reviews, communities of practice, and ongoing knowledge transfer.
- Engaging in technical pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and project scoping for potential clients.
- Gaining exposure to a diverse array of clients, business models, and industry sectors.
