Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, reservations, concierge services, guest relations, or travel advisory support.Demonstrated experience working with VIP guests, luxury travel advisors, or consortia reservations.Proficient in Opera PMS or comparable reservation systems; familiarity with CRS platforms is preferred.Knowledge of luxury travel programs such as Virtuoso, Signature, Ensemble, or American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts is desirable.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.Strong relationship-building capabilities and the ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth clientele and travel advisors.Demonstrated commercial awareness with effective upselling and revenue optimization skills.Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
