Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant (Multi-Site Sales & Marketing Associate), your main responsibilities will include:
- Transforming leads into community tours by proactively following up with prospects and providing engaging information about our community and its surroundings.
- Conducting personalized and informative tours of the apartment community that lead to new leases.
- Fostering brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently exceptional resident experience.
- Promoting awareness and excitement through social media engagement.
- Working weekends, as prospective residents often seek their new home during this time—three weekends per month with two weekdays off.
