Qualifications
Minimum of 4,000 hours operating a 250/450+ excavator, and at least 2,000 hours on a D8+ dozer, 1,000 hours on a 785+ haul truck or 24M grader.ORA minimum of 6,000 hours on a single piece of mining equipment in an open-pit environment.Demonstrated open-pit mining experience, with at least 2,000 operating hours accumulated within a single calendar year.Groundwork experience is essential.Must meet mandatory safety ticket requirements:CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation)Physically capable of fulfilling demanding job tasks across various work conditions.Willingness to train on new equipment as required.Must provide a clean 3-year driver’s abstract with fewer than 9 demerits.Proficient in English, with both written and verbal communication skills required.
