Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, chat, and email.
- Assist users with technical troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related questions with professionalism.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve issues.
- Foster a positive customer experience that encourages retention.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
- Proficiency in one of the following languages at B2–C1 level:
- German
- French
- Dutch
- Experience in customer support or technical support is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Budapest and/or Debrecen.
