Join us as an Implementation Specialist, where you will provide outstanding onboarding and software training experiences for new MedTrainer clients.
This client-facing role is perfect for individuals with a background in education, corporate training, or those early in their professional journey who are passionate about teaching, technology, and customer interaction.
You will guide clients through their initial experience with our platform, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and prepared for ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Client Onboarding & Training: Conduct engaging virtual software training sessions tailored to various user roles.
- Modify your presentation style to meet the needs of diverse audiences (clinical staff, administrators, leadership).
- Create and maintain training materials and quick-reference guides.
Manage Implementation Projects:
- Oversee onboarding schedules from the initial kickoff to the go-live stage.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and proactively address any obstacles.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams.
Act as the Primary Client Contact During Implementation:
- Establish trust and confidence from the outset.
- Conduct frequent check-ins to monitor progress.
- Provide comprehensive transition documentation for Client Success handoff.
Encourage Adoption & Continuous Improvement:
- Track early platform usage and identify adoption gaps.
- Communicate client feedback to enhance internal processes and product experience.
