Your Role and Responsibilities:
As our National Account Manager, you will spearhead the growth of our One Stop account while playing a pivotal role in our Tesco Group strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading account management initiatives to drive accelerated growth, fully owning the P&L for your area, including managing Joint Business Planning (JBP) negotiations, overseeing promotions and expenditures, and delivering accurate forecasts and internal reports.
- Collaborating closely with the broader Tesco team to integrate relevant insights into JBP discussions and negotiations specific to your sub-areas.
- Building and nurturing robust relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that client needs align with our overarching business objectives.
- Monitoring and managing the performance and delivery of strategic initiatives across all levels of the P&L.
This role demands a strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to effectively manage accounts to achieve growth.
