YOUR NEW ROLE
As a vital member of the National Client Team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and dealers, working closely with a dedicated Managing Director and field team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of these facilities while adhering to DF Capital's credit policy. You will serve as the main point of contact for your clients, tracking payment performance, utilization, and audit outcomes.
Key skills required for this fast-paced role include the ability to work independently, effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, strong facilitation skills, a solid understanding of client management practices, and exceptional attention to detail, complemented by proven prioritization and organizational abilities.
- Act as the primary contact for dealers and manufacturers within your industry sector, guiding active clients on the functionality of their facilities and the support we can provide.
- Engage proactively with customers to ensure they fully understand the array of products available, including Unit Stocking.
- Collaborate with the Commercial function to maximize customer wallet share while adhering to our risk appetite.
- Support the wider field team in activating prospective customers and facilitating successful conversions.
- Foster robust relationships with clients across various industries, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
