Join ColdQuanta as a distinguished Business Development Executive, focusing on propelling strategic advancements within the National Security sector. This pivotal role is centered on cultivating expansive, multi-year initiatives within the Department of War (DoW) and the wider U.S. defense and intelligence landscape.
Your mission will be to introduce innovative quantum sensing and computing solutions to America’s warfighters, enhancing capabilities in contested environments, denied/degraded PNT situations, advanced ISR operations, space missions, and other vital national defense objectives.
This is a unique chance to influence the trajectory of quantum-enabled national security directly, collaborating with program offices, research laboratories, FFRDCs, Defense Primes, and key decision-makers in both the DoW and Intelligence Communities.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our go-to-market team, you will engage with and expand our government sector accounts:
- Utilize your profound knowledge of DoW and IC funding priorities to identify, cultivate, and pursue high-value opportunities aligned with ColdQuanta's technologies and solutions.
- Engage with government stakeholders, including Program Acquisition Executives (PAEs), Program Executive Offices (PEOs), procurement officers, OTA consortia, S&T/RDT&E directorates, and Combatant Commands, to assess mission requirements and shape acquisition strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through meticulous account planning, opportunity qualification, and aligning ColdQuanta's capabilities with operational needs.
- Collaborate closely with ColdQuanta’s capture, execution teams, subject matter experts, marketing, government affairs, and contracts teams to drive opportunities to successful closure.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships across key DoW organizations, including service labs such as ARL, NRL, AFRL, and senior military and civilian leaders.
- Leverage existing relationships and forge new ones to work with Defense Prime partners on capture strategies and integration approaches to position ColdQuanta’s technologies within large platform and mission-system programs.
- Represent ColdQuanta at industry events, demonstrations, conferences, and other forums, articulating the value and operational significance of our technology.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to aid corporate planning and revenue execution.
