Key Responsibilities:
The National Service Operations Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting operations, data management, and evaluation for NYC Service’s AmeriCorps program and NYC Civic Corps, reporting directly to the National Service Operations Director.
Operational Duties:
- Oversee the onboarding process for over 150 incoming AmeriCorps members.
- Create and refine internal procedures for tracking member eligibility documents.
- Facilitate member enrollment in administrative systems (e.g., payroll, healthcare, time tracking) and assist staff with member inquiries.
- Manage compliance processes for AmeriCorps, including quarterly reimbursement reports and site monitoring.
- Regularly review and propose updates to the operations manual and program guides.
- Monitor program expenditures and collaborate with the National Service Operations Director on invoicing and monthly spending reports.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Lead the monthly collection, tracking, and reporting of metrics from partners and members.
- Administer pre- and post-service survey distributions.
- Analyze data from surveys and reports throughout the service year.
- Prepare data for internal and external stakeholders, utilizing visual tools and written reports.
- Assist the National Service Operations Director in preparing funder letters, progress reports, and grant submissions.
- Support the transition of relevant data into the Salesforce CRM database.
