Role Overview
The National Training Quality Administrator will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support for quality processes within the National Training and Quality teams, ensuring compliance with the PHECC Quality Review Framework (QRF) and Governance Validation Framework (GVF) standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the IRC Quality Management System (QMS) platforms, including MS SharePoint and Moodle, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Oversee the register of policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines (PPPG) with proactive follow-up on review schedules.
Generate necessary reports for privileging, practitioner operational registers (POR), qualifications, and mailing lists. Update training course materials and presentations to align with Irish Red Cross standards.
Regularly update the IRC published training calendar to ensure accuracy.
Create and process MS Forms for various events and data streams.
Provide collaborative administrative support, including meeting minutes, follow-up on action points, and proactive engagement with various committees, including the National Training Coordinator (NTCO), Training Working Group (TWG), and Quality Assurance Working Group (QWAG).
Prepare annual applications for Controlled Drugs to the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) for review and approval by the National Training Compliance Officer.
Ensure accurate data entry and filing of Patient Care Report (PCR) and Audit Care Report (ACR) forms.
Compile and prepare information for internal clinical audits as required.
Work actively towards achieving the goals of the Irish Red Cross.
Engage in training and development as required.
