Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and exceptional customer support in crypto trading through live chat, ticketing systems, and email.
- Address customer inquiries, order disputes, and appeals effectively.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer requests.
- Manage complaints and appeals, ensuring appropriate follow-ups on escalations when necessary.
- Stay informed about the company’s trading platform and current market conditions.
- Comprehend customer needs and relay constructive feedback to management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires focus, commitment, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications for Success:
- Fluency in Russian with strong English skills (minimum B2; C1 preferred).
- At least 6–12 months of online customer support experience, ideally in crypto or financial services.
- Familiarity with live chat support and processing customer inquiries.
- Robust analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in validating proof or knowledge of payment/banking processes.
- A background in finance is highly preferred.
- A positive and accountable attitude.
- Knowledge of the crypto industry is an asset.
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
