Join Ability Action Australia, a leading provider in the NDIS sector, as we expand our Concierge (Intake) Team in Jandakot! We are looking for a dedicated NDIS Intake and Scheduling Officer to provide exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring NDIS participants receive the highest quality of service from the very first contact through to service delivery, enabling them to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
This position is based in our Jandakot office, where you will collaborate closely with various teams to streamline intake processes and foster positive service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently allocate referrals to guarantee timely and appropriate services for NDIS participants.
- Engage with NDIS stakeholders to convert inquiries into referrals while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
- Provide participants with clear guidance and customized advice regarding our services and the NDIS framework.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure a seamless intake process and positive service delivery.
- Oversee funding requests to ensure NDIS resources are properly allocated and utilized.
- Maintain precise case management records, documenting all communications, plans, and interactions.
