Objective of the Position
This role supports the Network Development team in the structured preparation for the acquisition of dealerships. The primary focus is on research, data preparation, and internal coordination; direct communication and negotiations with potential partners will come later.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Research and Identifying Potential Partners
- Conduct systematic documentation research to identify potential dealerships in target areas.
- Establish planning, supervise, and coordinate all tasks within the market.
- Analyze market information, competitive environment, company data, and regional structures.
- Identify relevant contacts, particularly decision-makers or members of management.
- Document all researched data in established tools/templates.
2. Data Preparation and Qualification
- Evaluate identified companies based on defined criteria (e.g., size, location, portfolio, potential).
- Create structured long/short lists.
- Prepare documentation for the acquisition team.
3. Administrative Support and Internal Coordination
- Provide support during phases of internal alignment between teams (e.g., sales, network development, management).
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documents for decision-making, and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Maintain and update status lists and project summaries.
- Adhere to established norms and procedures.
4. Documentation and Reporting
- Execute the five stages of the project: Analysis, Design, Development, Sustainability, and Implementation.
- Ensure clear documentation of all research outcomes.
- Prepare regular progress reports.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for managers, skip levels, and other stakeholders.
