Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Clearance Required: Top Secret (must be eligible for TS/SCI and willing to undergo a polygraph examination).
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical discipline. Substitution: An Associate's degree with 4 additional years of experience or 6 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in network implementation and sustainment.
Extensive knowledge of network services and protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
Proficient understanding of networking systems, including LANs, firewalls, and routers.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate networks, identify issues, and implement solutions for optimal performance.
Experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi and security infrastructure.
Security+ and Network+ certifications required prior to starting the position.
Desired Qualifications:
Additional industry certifications and experience in network management tools.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with military or defense contracts is a plus.

As a key member of our expert team, you will play a crucial role in supporting critical programs within the NAVAIR community.
This position is onsite at Patuxent River NAS, MD, providing direct support to our client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the Network Subject Matter Expert for all PMA-262 SW products.
- Developing network and configuration roadmaps for software products, including updates to Ports, Protocols, Services Matrix, and creating aircraft IP files.
- Planning, preparing, and reviewing all network artifacts.
- Collaborating with Platform CYBER to address network needs for external connectivity.
- Coordinating with the PMA Mission Systems team to implement network updates for Fleet operations.
- Leading the resolution of network software issues for the Fleet and SSA.
- Reviewing and submitting inputs for Networks NATOPS (checklists, warnings, cautions, notes, supplementary information, etc.).
- Maintaining Hardware Software Configuration Management (HSCM) for all network products.
- Updating and maintaining the System Admin Manual in collaboration with SSA.
- Leading and conducting network integration and testing efforts both in labs and on test assets.
