Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3+ years of experience managing enterprise perimeter security solutions, including firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN/SASE, DMZ services, and NAC.Proven hands-on experience in firewall design, segmentation, remote access technologies, and secure connectivity architectures.Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently diagnose complex security and network access issues within a global organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Note: Please submit your application in English, as this is the working language.

Join our Global Network Perimeter Security Team as a Network Perimeter Security Engineer, where you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining the security infrastructure that safeguards O-I’s global manufacturing and office environments. Your key responsibilities will include enhancing our firewall, SASE/SD-WAN, VPN, DMZ, and NAC services, reinforcing secure connectivity, and actively participating in our vulnerability management initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with regional and global teams, providing essential support for core Network and Telecommunications services as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the perimeter security infrastructure that supports O-I’s global operations.
• Diagnose and resolve perimeter security and network access issues promptly to protect critical assets and ensure operational continuity.
• Monitor security posture, network performance, and service availability across O-I locations, ensuring compliance with global security policies.
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of security configurations, change logs, and operational processes according to Global Standards.
• Lead security-focused infrastructure projects, including technology refreshes, firewall migrations, SASE rollouts, network segmentation, NAC enhancements, and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Provide support for traditional Network & Telecommunications services (LAN/WAN/WLAN) as needed, contributing to a secure and stable enterprise network.
