About the Role
Ultimo is strategically expanding its reach within the German-speaking market, aiming to acquire net-new customers. We are seeking a driven New Business Account Executive who will concentrate on acquiring Neukunden (new logos) across the DACH region, especially in Germany. Proficiency in German is essential for engaging with clients.
This is a dedicated hunter position.

Your Responsibilities
As a New Business Account Executive, you will:
- Lead net-new customer acquisition initiatives across a Germany-focused DACH territory
- Develop a robust pipeline through strategic outbound and account-based methods
- Penetrate manufacturing, industrial, and infrastructure enterprises
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from initial contact to closure
- Engage with operational leaders, technical stakeholders, and C-level executives with authority
- Position Ultimo as a long-term strategic partner rather than a mere point solution
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development and Pre-Sales to advance opportunities
- Focus on building a quality pipeline that emphasizes intent and long-term value
