New Business Manager - Home/Field Based - Covering Reading, Southampton, Dorset, Oxford, and Surrey

As a New Business Manager, your primary focus will be on identifying and securing key accounts, driving sales growth, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Your understanding of client needs and a passion for the food industry will play a crucial role in delivering customized solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new commercial business from clients with annual food expenditures ranging from £300,000 to £2 million through proactive prospecting and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Establish and nurture cross-functional relationships with potential clients, positioning syscogb as their preferred supply partner during supplier reviews.
- Meet and surpass sales and margin targets aligned with the National Account New Business budget.
- Collaborate with matrix team members to create high-quality tender submissions adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
- Lead the launch of new business wins in conjunction with the new business implementation team.
- Identify collaborative opportunities within the broader UK group to attract new customers.
- Actively contribute to the National Account team's objectives, supporting the development of business goals and strategic initiatives.
