Provide exceptional and attentive service: Warmly welcome guests, address their needs, and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times.
Assist guests upon arrival and departure: Escort them to their rooms, handle luggage, explain hotel facilities, and ensure efficient luggage transfers.
Inform and advise guests: Provide tourist information, make reservations (for activities and restaurants), and assist with hotel services.
Support hotel operations: Participate in preparations for group arrivals, coordinate deliveries, and run internal errands.
Perform various support tasks: Set up beds and towels, distribute newspapers, polish shoes upon request, prepare coffee, etc.
Adhere to standards and procedures: Follow safety and service policies, update the events board, and perform other related tasks as needed.
