- Be the welcoming face of Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere to our guests at night, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Support the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours and assist different departments in preparing for the following day.
- Exhibit autonomy and a passion for enhancing the quality of our hotel services.
- Conduct night audits and safety checks to ensure the well-being of all guests and staff.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by attending to their needs promptly and professionally.
- Manage accurate and timely posting of all charges.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of internal and guest communications.
- Utilize opportunities to promote hotel amenities and maximize sales through effective product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as directed by Management and Supervisors.
