Our ShelterCare program exemplifies our commitment to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Operating 24/7, this program integrates housing and health supports, empowering participants to overcome challenges and exit homelessness permanently. As a ShelterCare Support Worker, you will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to assist men in finding suitable permanent housing, enhancing their health and wellness, and developing vital life skills for successful transitions. We embody a trauma-informed, person-centered, and housing-first approach in all interactions.
This is a full-time, one-year contract position, from approximately April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. A successful completion of a Police Records Check (Vulnerable Sector) is required prior to employment.
