- Direct and delegate daily production tasks to meet operational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to production, safety, and quality standards.
- Perform regular safety, GMP, and quality inspections.
- Maintain equipment readiness and promote safe operational practices.
- Foster strong relationships among employees to encourage teamwork.
- Assist in training, coaching, and enforcing compliance with company policies.
- Operate and certify metal detection equipment (training will be provided).
- Collaborate with maintenance, QA, and leadership teams to optimize production processes.
