The Recruitment Program Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering and sustaining relationships with Hiring Managers while overseeing the complete requisition process lifecycle. This includes requisition intake, candidate shortlisting, sourcing management, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, offboarding, and reporting. The Program Specialist serves as a talent advisor, ensuring that our clients acquire quality talent in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support hiring managers throughout all phases of the contract labor acquisition process, from requisition intake through to contractor management.
- Exhibit recruitment expertise by formulating insightful questions suitable for the position prior to conducting requisition intake sessions with hiring managers to gather comprehensive job descriptions for distribution to the supply base. Accurately document requisition intake discussions in the designated database (VMS: Fieldglass, Beeline).
- Leverage reporting tools to manage open requirements and provide managers with updates on their status while monitoring supplier sourcing strategies for timely responses.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set and manage expectations, timelines, feedback, and the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders involved in the requisition fulfillment process.
- Guide, manage, and evaluate the performance of the staffing suppliers involved.
- Record all issues reported by clients and suppliers, tracking their resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction within the appropriate system/tool.
- Monitor performance against contract SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry, and vendor compliance.
- Maintain and regularly update monthly activity and performance reports.
- Engage in consistent interaction through face-to-face meetings, video calls, emails, and phone communications with clients, staffing vendors, and other partners.
