In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries after they book their holidays, prior to their travel. You will manage incoming calls, process booking amendments (such as passenger name changes and special hotel requests), liaise with airlines and hotels as needed, and confirm the resolved details back to the customers. Proficiency in multitasking is essential as you will be navigating various computer systems.
Additionally, you will communicate any changes regarding flights or accommodations to customers while identifying opportunities to enhance their travel experience by suggesting add-ons and extras. We are specifically looking for candidates who speak Nordic languages: Swedish, Icelandic, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with strong listening abilities and a passion for problem-solving. The role will involve shift work between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM, including weekends.
