Key Responsibilities:
- Scout and identify new business prospects within the Norwegian-speaking market to broaden the client base.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with potential clients and influential decision-makers.
- Present and showcase the company’s services effectively to prospective clients.
- Perform comprehensive market research to unearth new leads and comprehend market dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute successful sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Norwegian (C1 or higher) and strong command of English.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on achieving results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in business development or sales, ideally within the tech industry.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
