About the Role

We understand your passion for Early Years education and your desire to provide children with the best possible educational experience. As the Nursery Manager, you will lead our nursery team by prioritizing the children’s needs. Your responsibilities will include managing nursery finances, staffing, health and safety, collaborating with parents, and ensuring the curriculum’s quality.
You will also become an integral part of the LEYF Manager community, sharing ideas and learning across our various settings.
Qualifications:
- The right to work in the UK
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build effective relationships
- Level 3 or higher childcare qualification
- Innovative ideas on early childhood education strategies
