Key Responsibilities:
As a Nursery Nurse, you will create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children in our Crèche Play. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our nursery offers high-quality childcare and welfare for children up to five years of age. You will adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards and contribute to delivering exceptional early learning experiences.
Effective communication skills are essential as you collaborate with colleagues and partners to promote the nursery's integration within the wider children's services framework, supporting local families with young children.
Ideal candidates will possess experience working with children under five, complemented by an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Child Development (or equivalent). A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding protocols, and issues of equality and diversity are highly advantageous.
