About the job
Are you passionate about working during the night? Do you have a special affinity for caring for individuals with dementia and maintaining tranquility throughout the night? If so, join us at Stroming 1 in Wellen, Oss!
Key Responsibilities
You will work during fixed care moments and respond to calls throughout the night, with the wishes and needs of our clients as your top priority. Some residents go to bed only after the evening staff has left, or may wake up early. That's perfectly fine! After all, they are at home, and we focus our care on them. Your goal is to make every evening and night as pleasant as possible!
Working with individuals who have dementia requires creativity and patience, ensuring a good night’s sleep for all residents and fostering a comforting atmosphere in the home. If residents wander, you'll ensure they feel calm and secure.
As a Nursing Care Assistant Night Shift, you'll work from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, allowing you to efficiently accumulate hours. Interested in working fewer hours for better work-life balance? You can opt for 16 hours. Prefer to maximize your hours? That’s possible too! The number of hours can be discussed with the team manager. Numerous options are available!
Work Environment
You will be part of Stroming 1 at the location de Wellen in Oss, where 24 individuals with dementia reside. You will work in a close-knit team, always able to rely on the caregivers working overnight in other departments within Wellen. Together, you will ensure a peaceful and safe night.
