Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of OntarioOpen to recent graduatesA minimum of two (2) years related experience is preferredExperience treating clients with work-related injuries and/or familiarity with the third-party healthcare system is preferredStrong skills in Functional Abilities Evaluations (FAE) and Return to Work planning are desired but not essentialWorkWell certification is an asset but not mandatoryExperience in report writing is advantageousWhat we seek in an Altum Clinician:A professional who adheres to confidentiality standards, demonstrates initiative, and possesses excellent judgment and prioritization skillsA clinician who understands the intricacies of insurance reporting and is comfortable navigating mandatory processes; experience in case management and communication with third-party services is a plus

As an Altum Clinician, you will play a crucial role in empowering clients through their rehabilitation journey. Your expertise in orthopedic disorder treatment, chronic pain management, and support for injured workers returning to work will be essential. Previous experience or interest in hand therapy is a valuable asset. You will collaborate with clients and the treatment team to help them achieve their maximum functional potential and reintegrate into the workplace. Cross-functional and cross-site duties may also be assigned as needed.
