What You Will Do
- Assess patients across age groups, evaluating physical, emotional, cognitive, and social skills related to daily activities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific challenges and promote independence in self-care, work, education, and leisure.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and activities tailored to each patient’s goals, monitoring progress throughout care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and daily living strategies.
- Recommend and adapt environments, such as home, work, or school, to improve safety and accessibility.
- Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in line with regulatory standards.
