Qualifications
Basic QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of professional experience in conducting intricate penetration testing assessments within commercial or governmental environments.Extensive, hands-on knowledge of contemporary offensive cyber tradecraft, including in-memory attacks, fileless attacks, beacon object files, malleable C2, modern initial access vectors, and emerging EDR bypass techniques.Demonstrated experience in implementing or supporting the deployment of enterprise security controls, such as anti-malware policies, identity and access management, detection engineering, and device management.A strong interest in integrating AI into red teaming and penetration testing applications is a fundamental requirement.Preferred QualificationsEnthusiasm for exploring modern machine learning or artificial intelligence capabilities, particularly in emerging areas like Generative AI, agentic behavior, tool calling, knowledge graph integration, and retrieval-augmented generation.A capacity to navigate ambiguity and rapidly assimilate new technologies.

As an Offensive Security Engineer at Wraithwatch, you will play a critical role in fortifying our company and product against sophisticated threats. You will also impart your deep expertise in attack methodologies to our systems, enabling them to autonomously execute advanced tactics.
Important: This is not a research role. You will be actively involved in the development and deployment of tangible solutions alongside our core product engineers.
