Resource Innovations is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and people-centric Office & Employee Experience Manager to enhance the daily atmosphere of our Chicago office and transform the employee work experience for both onsite and remote team members. In this dynamic role, you will oversee office operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the facilities are well-maintained while fostering internal communications and employee initiatives that promote engagement, connection, and productivity. This position is a blend of office management and cultural advocacy, requiring you to be present in the office five (5) days a week.

- Act as the primary liaison for the Chicago office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.
- Oversee daily office operations including reception, mail services, supplies, food & beverage management, conference room coordination, access/badges, and space management.
- Manage vendor partnerships (cleaning, security, catering, coffee/water services, plant care, maintenance).
- Support RI's internal communication strategy, assisting in All Hands meetings and operational messaging.
- Design and implement initiatives that reinforce our culture, community, and sense of belonging.
- Coordinate employee-facing events, both onsite and virtual, to facilitate opportunities for connection.
- Collaborate with IT and HR to streamline onboarding and ensure new employees are equipped with the tools and resources needed for success.
- Act as the point of contact for safety protocols, access control, emergency procedures, and OSHA/local compliance requirements.
- Maintain essential compliance documentation, including visitor logs, incident reports, safety drills, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
