Join a prestigious company in the Oil & Gas sector as an Office Assistant. In this vital role, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the One Stop Shop (OSS) activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clerical and administrative support including filing, document management, photocopying, and appointment scheduling.
- Organize and maintain the reception area, offices, and meeting rooms to create a welcoming environment.
- Update calendars, schedule meetings and training sessions, and maintain logs for room bookings and requests.
- Manage front-desk operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, redirect phone calls, and inquiries appropriately to ensure efficient communication.
- Provide accurate information regarding local content and capacity-building programs in person, by phone, and via email.
- Support the logistical organization of trainings, meetings, and capacity-building activities.
- Register participants for training and disseminate information on available training opportunities.
- Assist suppliers with registration on the Mozambique LNG (MzLNG) supplier registration platform.
