We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to ensure our operations run efficiently on a daily basis. This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative and office support tasks, including organizing travel arrangements, managing supplies, and facilitating meetings, vendor relations, and internal processes.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on establishing order, addressing challenges, and ensuring the team has the necessary resources to excel in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative functions
- Arrange business travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Assist in scheduling internal meetings, team gatherings, and occasional leadership discussions
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-maintained
- Communicate with vendors, couriers, and service providers
- Assist with managing invoices, purchase requests, expense tracking, and other administrative documentation
