Position: Office Coordinator (Real Estate Experience Required)
Location: Erlanger, KY – USA (On-site, 5 days a week)
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for maintenance, shipping supplies, equipment, and errands.
• Manage the front desk including phones, faxes, mail, and packages.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with HR to uphold office policies.
• Support the organization during corporate certification audits.
• Submit work orders and schedule repairs for office space and equipment.
• Coordinate with the IT department for maintenance and repairs of office IT equipment.
• Handle basic IT-related coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and the landlord.
• Order and manage office and breakroom supplies.
• Assist local leadership with expense submissions and calendar management.
• Participate in event planning and execution as required.
• Effectively manage time and deadlines to ensure seamless office operations.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, clients, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience.
