Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing back-office operations
- Performing conventional administrative and organizational tasks including processing orders, maintaining personnel files, creating invoices, monitoring payments, overseeing inventory, and recording documents.
- Engaging with clients both directly and via phone regarding organizational matters
- Central handling of inquiries
- Supporting HR functions, including contract management
- Coordinating schedules and appointments for our IT technicians and consultants
- Assisting with secretarial and administrative duties
