As our new Office Manager, you will play a crucial role alongside your colleague Miranda, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You will effortlessly switch between administrative tasks, commercial support, and creative projects. One day you might manage project administration and coordinate transport with our suppliers, while the next, you could be handling office supplies and assisting with social media posts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing project and order administration;
- Overseeing facility purchasing and inventory management;
- Supporting the sales team with quotes and follow-ups;
- Contributing to our marketing and communications efforts;
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls;
- Coordinating transportation logistics in collaboration with our partners.
