You possess excellent communication skills to relay information to teams effectively and accurately. Additionally, proficiency in English is essential.You are highly organized and capable of managing confidential information, embodying a strong sense of service and being a steward of our professional image.Knowledge of accounting principles would be advantageous.

As an Office Manager on a fixed-term contract at RYDGE, you will collaborate closely with managers and partners within the firm. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive assistance to Partners, Directors, and the team:
- Managing routine assistant tasks such as organizing meetings and travel arrangements, ordering supplies, and more.
Coordinating events for the managed entity:
- Preparing both internal and external events.
- Drafting internal communication documents.
Supporting the team in executing business tasks:
- Preparing, reviewing, editing, and formatting a variety of documents, including mission letters, reports, proposals, and presentation materials.
- Handling inquiries related to the partners' activities.
Assisting in employee management (HR):
- Overseeing recruitment processes and managing the onboarding of new team members in close collaboration with our HR department.
- Coordinating special employee events in conjunction with HR, including training, absences, and mobility.
- Organizing interviews with various stakeholders.
Providing IT and office support in coordination with the IT teams and digital experts.
Managing multichannel reception for clients and visitors.
Handling site management operations as requested by the general services or Executive Assistant of the Hub/Region.
