Your Responsibilities
Ensure the office is ready for each day by organizing, stocking, and setting up all necessary resources.
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure new hires are fully integrated and departures are handled smoothly.
Arrange workspaces and adapt to any changes within the office layout.
Maintain the office's cleanliness and organization, including kitchen upkeep, supply restocking, and minor repairs.
Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies and merchandise through our online platform.
Enhance the office's aesthetic, including branding elements and overall appearance.
Coordinate mail, packages, deliveries, and vendor interactions.
