Position Summary
The Office Services Associate - Floater plays a pivotal role in delivering essential back office support services to our clients and teams. Responsibilities encompass a range of services, including reprographics (copying) and mail services across both physical and digital environments. The associate will also provide assistance in hospitality, facilities, audio/visual support, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed. This role requires flexibility as the Office Services Associate will rotate among various accounts within the local geography as requested.
The salary range for this position at the specified RRD location is $21 to $23 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on various factors including relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles advance through step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. In addition to the hourly rate, the total compensation package may include overtime, shift differentials, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. Shift: Monday to Friday, with hours ranging from 7 AM to 7 PM. Flexibility in scheduling is required.
Job Duties
* Utilize appropriate logs for all office services work.
* Ensure job tickets are accurately filled out prior to commencing work.
* Execute office services tasks, primarily in reprographics, mail, and intake functions, following established procedures.
* Adhere to procedures for running jobs in the correct order.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors or clients regarding job or deadline issues.
* Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.
* Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
* Be capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs regularly.
* Prioritize workflow effectively.
* Conduct Quality Assurance on personal work and that of others.
* Load machines with various paper, toner, and supplies.
* Answer telephone calls, emails, and place service calls as necessary.
* Interact with clients in-person, via phone, or electronically.
* Adhere to both Williams Lea policies and client site policies.
* Utilize equipment and supplies in a cost-effective manner.
Working Conditions
Position operates at sites with maximum 24/7 operations. Individual shift requirements will vary by site.
